REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products or media
  • The services requested by you that were performed before the cancellation / refund was requested (such as creation of custom digital avatars and generation of digital good)
  • Subscription purchased by you

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
You may be entitled to exchanges only if the delivered goods (or created custom digital avatar) is defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kroop.ai.

Note that the defects in the goods resulting due to incorrect inputs from you over the website such as incorrect media upload / text inputs / selections by you will not be entitled to any refund or exchange.

A cancellation and refund fee may be charged depending upon the delivery state of service / good. The same will be deducted in the refund.
